How to contact the IT Helpdesk

How to reset my child's password
If you are unable to log into your @sunapeeschools.org Google account, contact the 
IT Helpdesk[email protected]  from another account (personal, parent).  Include in your message a telephone number a member of the IT department can call you to confirm the request and communicate the new password.



How to access my child's Google Classroom account
To access  your child's Google Classroom account, you will need to log in with their username and password.   For most students they have this information.  At the younger grades your child's classroom teacher will provide it to you.




Why can't I can't send email to my student?
Sunapee Schools are a "walled garden" for students and students below grade 9 can't receive email from external sources, including parents. They can, however, receive email from teachers and anyone at Sunapee who has a sunapeeschools.org email address.



Where can I find free WiFi access?

There are many places in town you can find free public wifi in town. 
  - The school's public wifi "Laker-Air" is available from outside any school facility
  - Abbott Library has public wifi available from their parking lot
